Coordination Services

 

Jennifer Package (On-the-Day Coordination) 

 

  • Up to 2 face-to-face meetings with clients including site visit (Meetings should be scheduled with atleast a 2-week notice, subject to event coordinator's availability)
  • Coordination with vendors booked by client including review of all contracts. (Copies of contracts should be available on the 1st meeting)
  • Develop timeline and production schedule for event day.
  • Distribute timeline and itinerary to all vendors week of the event.
  • Assuming responsibility for all vendor contact for 1-2 weeks leading up to wedding day
  • Unlimited consultation via phone and email

 

Day of Event:

  • Event management and coordination up to 8 hours
  • Provision of 1 event specialist/ assistant
  • Manage and oversee all booked vendors
  • Line-up and assist bridal party/ entourage at the ceremony
  • Provide assistance (registration and seating allocations)
  • Oversee set and design of event areas (Ceremony & Reception)
  • Ensure proper placement of seating cards, event programs, favors, etc.
  • Manage and oversee reception program (i.e. band, speeches, dances, etc.)
  • Collect and supervise delivery of personal items (gifts, guest book, favors, etc.) to designated family member, room and/or vehicle
  • Distribute final balances and gratuities to vendors on your behalf.

Note: This package is designed for couples who would like to do the planning themselves, but want a professional to help them supervise their vendors and execute all of their hard work when their wedding day finally arrives. Coordination service starts 2 weeks before the event.

Victoria Package (Month-of Coordination)

  • Unlimited consultation via phone and email

Note: This package is for clients that have planned their own celebration and want an experienced professional on board for the month-of their event without the worry of any of the "month-of" details especially the “Event Timeline” construction (services must be engaged four to six weeks prior to event day).

  • Unlimited vendor and venue referrals for both ceremony and reception
  • Coordination with other vendors booked by client including review of all contracts. (Copies of contracts should be available on the 1st meeting)
  • Develop timeline and production schedule for event day.
  • Distribute timeline and itinerary to all vendors week of the event.
  • Serve as main point of contact with vendors the week and day of the event
  • Manage wedding/dress rehearsals up to 2 hours prior to event
  • Unlimited consultation via phone and email
  • Assist with theme selections, design and decor concepts
  • Furnish personal checklist for the client
  • Assist with hotel accommodations and guests' transportation
