Before the Wedding
- Up to 8 face-to-face meetings with clients or vendors (as requested), including site visits and assistance during menu tastings with the venue or caterer
- Budget development and implementation to help manage costs effectively
- Two-day venue tour of up to 8 ceremony and reception locations
- Unlimited vendor and venue referrals to match your theme, style, and budget
- Custom event design and motif creation, including color palette and décor concept
- Vendor contract negotiation and pricing management on your behalf
- Personalized timeline and checklists for seamless planning
- Assistance with stationery selection (invites, save-the-dates, programs)
- Guidance with wedding dress and entourage attire selection
- Wedding or dress rehearsal management (up to 2 hours if not provided by church)
- Unlimited consultation via phone or email
- Contract review and deposit distribution handled directly through your coordinator
On the Day of the Event
- Full event management and coordination for up to 10 hours
- 2 Event Specialists/Assistants on-site for smooth execution
- Vendor oversight — we coordinate arrival, setup, and timelines
- Bridal party and entourage assistance for ceremony line-up and transitions
- Guest registration and seating management
- Set-up supervision for ceremony and reception décor and layout
- Placement of event details — seating cards, programs, favors, and more
- Reception flow management — speeches, band, dances, and transitions
- Supervision of gift collection and personal items, ensuring safe delivery to a family member, vehicle, or designated room
- Final vendor payments and gratuities distributed on your behalf

All rates apply to Los Angeles clients (within a 20-mile radius) for up to 150 guests.
