Our team steps in during the final weeks to coordinate vendors, manage logistics, and execute your vision to perfection — so you can focus on celebrating, not organizing.
Before the Wedding
- Up to 2 face-to-face meetings, including a site visit
- Coordination with all client-booked vendors, including review of contracts
(Copies must be provided during the first meeting) - Development of a detailed timeline and production schedule for the event day
- Distribution of final timeline and itinerary to all vendors one week before the event
- Vendor communication management — we take over all coordination 1–2 weeks before the wedding
- Unlimited consultation via phone and email for last-minute clarifications and updates
On the Day of the Event
- Comprehensive event management and coordination for up to 8 hours
- 1 On-site Event Specialist/Assistant
- Vendor oversight — ensuring all partners arrive on time and follow the schedule
- Bridal party and entourage line-up assistance for a smooth ceremony flow
- Guest registration and seating assistance
- Ceremony and reception setup supervision, including décor and layout
- Placement of key wedding details (seating cards, programs, favors, etc.)
- Reception program coordination, including band cues, speeches, and dances
- Supervision of gift collection and personal items, ensuring safe delivery to a designated family member, room, or vehicle
- Distribution of final vendor payments and gratuities on your behalf

All rates apply to Los Angeles clients (within a 20-mile radius) for up to 150 guests.
