The Victoria Package is ideal for couples who’ve already planned their wedding but want a professional to take over during the final stretch. We step in to finalize timelines, coordinate vendors, and make sure every detail runs smoothly on your big day — so you can relax and truly enjoy the celebration you’ve worked so hard to plan.


Before the Wedding
- Up to 3 face-to-face meetings, including a site visit
- Coordination with all client-booked vendors and review of contracts
(Copies must be provided during the first meeting) - Creation of detailed event timeline and production schedule for the wedding day
- Distribution of the final timeline and itinerary to all vendors one week before the event
- Main point of contact for all vendors during the month and day of the wedding
- Management of wedding or dress rehearsals (up to 2 hours if not provided by the church)
- Unlimited consultation via phone and email
On the Day of the Event
- Comprehensive event management and coordination for up to 10 hours
- 1 On-site Event Specialist/Assistant
- Full vendor management — overseeing arrivals, setup, and flow of events
- Ceremony coordination — assistance with line-up and direction of the bridal party and entourage
- Guest registration and seating assistance
- Set-up supervision for both ceremony and reception areas
- Placement of key wedding details including seating cards, programs, and favors
- Reception program management (band, speeches, dances, etc.)
- Supervision of personal items and gifts, ensuring safe delivery to a designated family member, room, or vehicle
- Distribution of final vendor payments and gratuities on your behalf

All rates apply to Los Angeles clients (within a 20-mile radius) for up to 150 guests.
Pricing may vary based on location, guest count, or event complexity.
